ℹ️ About iOb Design (and OHiCHO)
 iOb Design is a Netherlands-based creative studio focused on branding, digital marketing, and social media management, partnering with influencers and businesses worldwide.
We’re also building OHiCHO, a new brand dedicated to women’s wellness and food ingredients.

🎯 The Role
 We’re hiring 1–2 Virtual Assistants to support both:

  • iOb Design (B2B branding/marketing)

  • OHiCHO (B2C women’s wellness)

You’ll create, plan, schedule, and analyze content about branding (iOb Design) & women’s wellness (OHiCHO) and help manage websites and light SEO. You’ll work directly with the founder and a small international team.

📌 You only need to have two or three of the skills listed below to get started — if you’re interested, the rest will be taught to you, and these tasks will gradually completed over the course of one to three years.

📝 What You’ll Do

  • Produce content end-to-end: copywriting, storytelling, visual design (primarily in Canva)

  • Manage and schedule content across Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok

  • Design posts and ads (graphics for organic + paid)

  • Support digital marketing campaigns, basic SEO, and online advertising

  • Update websites (Squarespace, Shopify) and publish blogs & newsletters

  • Assist in developing digital products (maps, templates, planners, checklists, mockups)

  • Use AI tools (for ideation, captions, research, trend analysis, and optimization)

  • Adapt tone and strategy for both B2C (food/wellness) and B2B (branding/agency) audiences

  • Track performance, compile reports, and recommend continuous improvements

✅ Must-Have Skills

  • Proficiency in marketing on Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and/or TikTok

  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual design skills

  • Practical graphic design for posts/ads (Canva; Adobe a plus)

  • Working knowledge of digital campaigns, SEO, and online ads

  • Experience using AI tools for marketing tasks

  • Creativity, high motivation, and a growth mindset

  • Living in Iran and comfortable working remotely with flexible hours

  • Professional fluency in English; Farsi for meetings and some content

💡 Nice to Have

  • Video editing and motion graphics familiarity

  • Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign

  • Interest in design, architecture, art, travel (many blogs touch these topics)

  • Passion for other languages (the website will be in Italian, Spanish, Dutch, & Persian)

  • Photography/videography basics

  • Social & Advertising: Meta Business Manager / Ads, scheduling platforms (Metricool)

  • Web & E-commerce: Squarespace, Shopify

  • Nice to Have: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

🧩 Work Style

  • Schedule: Choose your days/hours (minimum 3 days/week)

  • Start: Part-time, with a path to full-time

  • Team: Work directly with the founder + 3 teammates

  • Language: Meetings in Farsi; written content in English

  • Onboarding: 2-month trial with step-by-step training on any platforms you don’t know

    This role includes creating content about women’s health and menstruation. Applicants must be comfortable and knowledgeable discussing these topics with sensitivity and accuracy. Candidates with lived or professional experience in women’s wellness are strongly encouraged to apply.

    • As part of our team, you’ll also enjoy one free week of accommodation per year at our property in Galicia, Spain, whenever you travel to Europe.

    • Part-time (3 days/week): starting from 12,000,000 toman/month

    • Full-time: up to 30,000,000 toman/month (based on performance & experience)
